Meatless Mondays | Paleo Rosey
- Baked squash. Sauté mushrooms/peppers/broccoli/snow peas/garlic (whatever u have in fridge )
- Shred squash and add mixture on top, put vodca sauce on(only because I had jar opened) sprinkle with curry or whatever u like.
- Kale with little coconut oil rubbed on leaves, throw sliced garlic, sprinkle little salt. I also sprinkled turmeric.
- Bake at 350 approx 10 mins, until crisp.
- Once done, take out and turn up to 400 just to go squash little longer.
- Sliced tomatoes on the side .
